Spinach Dip
(From the back of the Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix package)
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 C mayo
1 pkg Knorr vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped (optional)
Mix and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
